I had my visit to my doctor yesterday and the news was very good. By her measurements I was down 8 kg in 12 weeks and had lost 7 cm from my waist measurement. My blood tests were “normal” which is to say that you could not tell I was diabetic from the results of these tests. My cholesterol was less than normal which the doctor thought was very good. So overall, the programme has been a great success. I think the eating habits are well ingrained now because we have not lapsed back to the old portion sizes and we are keeping up the 5 eating sessions a day.
So … the programme has been a great success and thank you very much! It was your expertise and your programme that helped us get over the hump and to start on the trajectory we need to be.
