Hi all! It has been some time since I have written here and I apologise.
The summer holidays were amazing for me. I spent much needed quality time with my three gorgeous boys. We ventured to the beach, picnics, aquarium, waterslides, museums, movies, stayed home and got away for a few days too. My sister came down from Cairns with her boys and we spent good sister time together. Priceless! I was sad to see the boys return to school.
In the last few months I have been enjoying my personal training. I have such amazing clients and I not only enjoy their company, but I love helping them reach their health and fitness goals.
We are in the process of looking for a new house. We are not in any hurry, but looking for the right house is always a challenge.
I haven’t thought about competing this year. To be honest, last year was quite intense on dieting and training that I feel I owe my body some time to recover. I am still training and eating well. I am trying to reach that balance in life where I am healthy, happy and my family don’t need to suffer. I am educating myself through a whole food approach of living to nourish my body and mental state. I am enjoying the process.
