Hi All! Well it has been one week since I have returned from the US and life is crazy.
I feel like I am constantly chasing my tail. It was great to see the family after being away for three weeks. It was my birthday on the day I arrived and we had a great day.
I have gone right back into training and enjoying adding variety back into my diet. It honestly feels like I never left. I am constantly being the taxi driver for my children driving them to birthday parties and after school activities, attending school end of year Xmas parties and concerts, maintaining the household, Xmas shopping, working, catching up with friends and preparing for a big family lunch I am throwing for my twin’s 10th and my husband’s 40th birthdays. This is when you really have to prioritise your time to be able to stay sane.
On this note, I am excited to announce that I have been approached by Kristy Wilson from iFitFamily.com to become a regular contributor to the new website which was launched on the December 1st. This is a great portal of information for anyone to learn about health, fitness and nutrition. Their mission is to “To stamp out environmental and lifestyle disease for our children’s generation”. Their method is to provide information and inspiration to everyday families and help you live healthier everyday. My first article is ‘Developing Healthy Habits for Busy Mothers’.
