I entered the 2010 ANB Australian Natural Physique titles doubting myself. My condition was not at the standard I wanted for a national show. Although it had been a harder journey, I had enjoyed the process. Staying true to myself I know I couldn’t have done anything more. My nutrition and training had been spot on. It was time to absorb all the hard work and enjoy myself. I felt honoured to win the Tall Figure division and subsequently crowned ‘Miss Australian Natural Figure Champion 2010’.
Reflecting back on this competition, all competitors were of a very high standard. All of us diet and train hard for a lengthy period of time. Although only some can walk away with the trophy, every competitor who makes it to the stage is already a champion. Everyone who walks on that stage should feel like a winner.
